Welcome to My Cleaning Company. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

My Cleaning Company provides commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to post-construction cleaning, commercial maintenance, and specialty cleaning services.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and written agreement where applicable.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Property condition differs from what was disclosed
  • Scope of work changes
  • Additional services are requested

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Written proposals override verbal discussions.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available
  • Removing valuables or sensitive materials from work areas

If access is not provided at the scheduled time, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • Commercial contracts may have agreed-upon milestone payments
  • Late payments may be subject to fees

We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

My Cleaning Company stands behind its work. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any documented issues.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
  • We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the project scope. For scheduled services:

  • 24-hour notice is required to avoid cancellation fees
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to charges

Commercial project cancellations may be subject to contract terms.

8. Website Use

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of My Cleaning Company and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without notice.

9. Privacy
