Founder Kerrie Jones didn’t originally plan on building a new business in Austin, Texas — but when life opened a new door, she chose to walk through it. What began as a temporary move quickly turned into a permanent opportunity when she was asked a simple question:

“What do you truly want to build for yourself?”

Her answer was clear — her own cleaning company.

With family support, determination, and a whole lot of faith, My Cleaning Company was officially formed.

What started as one woman with a vision quickly became a family-powered business. Kerriy’s daughter, Cadance LeBaron, joined the company months later, initially helping behind the scenes with accounting. Before long, she became an essential part of operations and growth strategy.

Cadance brought fresh vision, marketing strategy, branding direction, and operational structure to the growing business. From refining systems and client experience to shaping the company’s voice and growth plan, she became a driving force behind My Cleaning Company’s expansion.

Today, My Cleaning Company is proudly led by a hands-on mother-daughter team — combining experience with innovation, strong work ethic with modern strategy, and heart with hustle.

Based in Austin, Texas, we specialize in commercial cleaning — including construction cleanups and ongoing commercial property maintenance — while expanding residential services throughout Austin, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, and Leander.
